I just checked my messages and i just found out i have 2 and 1/2 pages full of people that favorited my pic of hitsugaya that i uploaded recently. I didn't even intend for that to be good i just the pic of him in the shonen jump cover and that i draw him like that and its suddenly my most popular one! I was really surprised! For tha majority I lineart it and do the colors myself but for some I draw them and then lineart it. A good example of one I drew is the my latest upload. Surpisingly drawing like kubo isn't really difficult lol. It just takes some practice and drawing scenes from the manga over and over to get used to it.
Yeah, i agree. I try to draw like kubo too 
Just pick a scene from the current chapter and draw it a couple times. Ideally it should be a panel where its just a character's face or a body shot (shouldn't be hard cuz bleach is full of that lol). After a while you'll get the hang of it.
